I start by finding out what you already use: SharePoint, Slack, Confluence, Smartsheet, whatever’s in play. I look at how these tools are being used, where they overlap, and what’s confusing people.
MAP
Using employee feedback, I clean things up. We simplify navigation, clarify processes, and make it obvious where to go for what, so people stop guessing and start trusting the system.

REBUILD
I don’t add more tools. I rebuild using what’s already in place, creating a centralized intranet, onboarding flows, and support pathways that actually work for the people who use them every day.
